We have an exciting opportunity, brought to us by the Napier Music Academy.

At Porritt School, all tamariki are involved in music as part of the curriculum, and teachers offer some musical opportunities such as a ukulele group, kapa haka, singing, choir and guitar lessons for a limited number of senior school students.

However, we don't have the capacity for the wide range of opportunities that the Napier Music Academy offer.

The Napier Music Academy has offered to make themselves and their tutors available to come into school and deliver some of the opportunities on the flyer here. This is a user pays opportunity. There are lesson fees, arranged and paid directly to the Napier Music Academy.
